Free shipping tools for Indian sellers

These tools answer the two questions that come up before every dispatch: what will this parcel cost, and can the carrier actually deliver there. Both work without an account, so you can check a rate or a pincode while you are still quoting a customer.

The rate calculator prices a parcel from its chargeable weight and the zone between pincodes, including the cash-on-delivery charge and GST. The serviceability checker tells you whether an area is covered, and whether COD is available there, which is where most avoidable returns start.

  • Rate calculator: estimate freight, COD charge and GST before you quote
  • Serviceability checker: confirm delivery and COD coverage for a pincode
  • Rate card (in your account): your live, account-specific prices by zone and weight

Where the numbers come from

Estimates use the same pricing mechanics carriers bill on: chargeable weight as the higher of actual and volumetric weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 5000), zone bands from within-city to remote areas, a COD charge set as the higher of a minimum or a percentage of the collected amount, and 18% GST.

Signed-in sellers see exact prices instead of ranges, because the rate card carries their own platform fee and the live carrier rates for the day.

Frequently asked questions

Are these tools free?
Yes, both the rate calculator and the serviceability checker are free and need no account.
How accurate are the rate estimates?
They use live carrier pricing mechanics, so they are close for correctly measured parcels. The final bill follows the weight and dimensions measured at the carrier's hub, so under-declared parcels move up a slab.
Do I need an account to book a shipment?
Yes. Booking, labels, pickups and COD remittance happen in the seller dashboard, where your own rate card applies.
