Welcome to ApnaCourier. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the ApnaCourier platform, provided by Apna Payment Services Private Limited ("ApnaCourier", "we", "us", or "our").
ApnaCourier provides a multi-courier logistics aggregator platform that connects sellers with courier companies (e.g., Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees). We act as an intermediary for booking and tracking shipments. Please note: We are not a courier company ourselves; the actual delivery is performed by our courier partners.
To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate information. As per Indian government regulations, business users may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) by providing GST, PAN, or Aadhaar details. Accounts with incomplete or false information may be suspended.
Users are responsible for ensuring that parcel weight and dimensions are accurate. Weight discrepancies may result in additional charges. Prohibited Items: You agree not to ship any illegal, hazardous, flammable, or restricted items, including but not limited to drugs, explosives, weapons, or items prohibited by the laws of India or the courier partner's policies.
Shipment charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Payments are made through the ApnaCourier wallet or directly via integrated payment gateways. All applicable taxes, including GST, will be added to the shipping cost. We reserve the right to revise shipping rates without prior notice.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments, ApnaCourier will collect the amount from the courier partner and remit it to your designated bank account after the reconciliation period (typically T+2 to T+7 days), minus our service fee.
ApnaCourier acts as an aggregator and is not liable for any delay, damage, or loss of shipment caused by the courier partner. Our liability is limited to the amount of shipping charges or a maximum cap as defined in our insurance policy for lost/damaged shipments.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
